I am selling a lot of my sites, simply because I have no time to manage or run them. I work in online advertising and I am very busy, with very little time to dedicate to maintaining my own personal sites They have been neglected, but they are still excellent starting points for anyone who wants to make a real go of a site.
holiday-ireland.net is a PR2, 4 year old site, which I have well and truly neglected. last time I looked though it has 1,900 pages indexed in Google. It needs serious renovation, but a great starting point for someone who can put the work into it. It once had good rankings for ireland holiday terms, but neglect eroded those too.
Assume very little traffic and no revenue. An offer over £200 would interest me.
