the non-hyphened .co.uk is #1, someones got the .net, and whoever is selling hgvtraining.com has had it for 8 years without selling it. that means they'll want a top offer - £10k+.

this leaves you with the next best generic.

the dash will put a considerable number of buyers off, so i'd say ballpark figure £1k-£2k will be a good price within the budget of most small companies.
