Wanted: Service Help with server sending out spam

Can anyone help and take a look at a spam message I've received from my server hosting company?

Am using Apache and it would appear I allow 'nobody' to send mail. I need someone to advise on best server settings. I can provide more info via email if anyone has a few mins to spare.

This is something you should really ask your host but I'll try to help if you can post here. Do you have the headers of the email sent out?

What type of email security do you have in place on the server?
