Wanted: Domain Appraisal "Green" domain appraisal: EfficientDesigns.co.uk

Could you tell me how much this domain could be worth.

Although it has the word 'efficient' in it, it doesn't smack me as being a 'green' domain, you would have to develop a site first for the domain to really work. A website about designing your house so it is energy efficient would work well.

So not much value at the moment (£XX) but a good base to develop a niche site from.

I see what you're after, but I have to agree with the above that its a stretch. It probably worth looking around to see if companies are advertising their work this way, but I'm not sure how much luck you'll have. Chance of a reseller sale are minimal.
