I think if you want £5000 for this you are going to need to give people earnings and traffic figures, otherwise start thinking about removing a zero from the end of the price.

My comment was directly in relation to the site sale. I think if you want 4 figures for this, you should flesh out the following statements a little:

ranks okay for a few good keywords already,

visits are going up weekly.

So it ranks for an unknown number of keywords, and we don't know what position it ranks in for them. Visits are also going up weekly, but from what they started at, and what they are at now, we have no idea. Don't you see my point that its completely unrealistic to ask mid four figures for something then be so vague?

In my experience of buying, anyone who is deliberately vague is doing it because the numbers they are not telling you are just not impressive. If thats not the case, why not give yourself half a chance of selling this, and post them?
