i note there are a number of geographical names floating about and as you can see from the drop lists if used my whois quota up on going through a few permutations

Cheshire is an anomaly...

The ratios of millionaires per capita is the highest in the country, equally house prices appear to reflect that. So yes it wouldn't surprice me that cheshire properties sold for that and perhaps a little more.

If someone suggested to me huddersfield properties some of you guys may laugh, I wouldn't! People from huddersfield have the highest liquidity rations per capita in the country (tight baskets!)
