Wanted: Domain Appraisal Geo specific domain appraisals

I would be interested to know others views regarding geo specific domain names. I own quite a lot relating to Cornwall and want to sell these to an end user / local businesses, etc.

Names along the lines of CornwallFinance.com, CornwallCourier.com, etc etc.
