Not sure why this would have PR 1 let alone PR 5, it has no back links on Ahrefs, none on majestic and nothing for it on OSE either, there is no site history on archive.org, but I did see a screen shot on another site showing it as a foreign language site here:

Why is it PR 5, some sort of redirect?

Tool I like to use is SEO spyglass (free version)

It's best not to get too hung up on pagerank anywho Mellow, it should be more about the quality of the linking domains, and if you checked the domains links using spyglass you would see it doesn't have any.
