We have the site gardenfurnitureclearance.co.uk for sale/rent.

The idea is that you will be handed over the site and domain. You will be in charge of entering the products, optimisation, marketing etc and taking orders. Everything else will be up to us. We handle the stock, deliveries and all of the other headaches associated with this. Perfect way for someone who is thinking of starting their own garden furniture company without the outlay for stock/warehouse etc.

We take payment and you invoice us the agreed % for the sale. It will be around the 10% mark.

Currently, its just an idea as we have quite a few of those micro sites doing nothing and it might make a perfect stepping stone for someone who is thinking of starting their own furniture business. We will provide other sites with the full product range so you can add whatever you like from it to this site. (without copying word for word obviously)

So basically you would be my drop shipper? When you say hand over the site and domain what exactly does this mean? Interested to know because I've been looking into something similar recently.

We have not thought the details over 100% yet as it was just an idea. We just don't have the time to deal with those sites so why not let someone else take them over? The person will have full control over the site.
