I am inviting offers of over £140 on the domain FreeNetbook.org.uk. This domain is an excellent niche domain which should allow an affiliate to capitalise on the free netbook deals currently available from the likes of Vodafone, T-Mobile, 3, Orange and The Carphone Warehouse. This is your chance to get in early on a developing trend for mobile broadband and small factor laptops.

Offers are welcome either in the thread or via PM.

I will probably leave the auction open to offers for approx. seven days. If the minimum offer of £140 is achieved, the domain will definitely be sold. The buyer will pay Nominet transfer fees. The domain is also being offered for sale at Affiliates4u.com.

Hi All

Is anyone going to make me the £140 offer I need to get proceedings underway? It's a good domain in a high commission area with lots of future potential, so in the hands of an experienced affiliate it shouldn't take long to make the domain cost back. Here are the Google monthly search volumes:

"free netbook" 260 - This may seem low, but they are highly qualified searches as people are looking for the free netbook with a mobile broadband contract, improving the chances of making a sale, and the contracts offer relatively high commission.

"netbook" 550,000 - Shows the potential of the netbook sector in general. netbook.co.uk, netbook.org.uk, freenetbook.co.uk are already taken, so freenetbook.org.uk is a strong alternative, probably one of the best netbook (in the singular) domains after these three.
