I'm looking for offers on this one.
The site is a PR2 and has traffic. The site is 7 YEARS OLD!! I spent a while designing the forum and making it look pretty but due to dozens of other projects taking priority I never monetised or maintained the forum.
Rankings are pretty good also so with some SEO this site could easily get a tonne of traffic for some high volume terms.

CURRENT RANKINGS:
# freebies - #12 – 33,100 local exacts
# freebies uk - #9 – 9,900 local exacts

I have also had similar sites ranked in the past without too much effort for the following terms which should definitely be targeted if anyone decides to purchase:
free stuff – 60,500 local exacts
free stuff uk – 14,800 local exacts
free samples – 40,500 local exacts
free samples uk – 14,800 local exacts

The site is definitely overdue a cleanup as it has the typical spammer posts all over it at the moment but this shouldn't take more than a couple of hours.

Traffic is usually 1,500 to 2000 unique visitors (REAL unique visitors) per month but this can easily be upped with some SEO.

No revenue stats as the site hasn’t been monetised but I would imagine you could easily get a few hundred quid per month from this one using some cleverly targeted posts and then some sort of integrated monetisation.

I can send traffic stats via PM. Will keep this one up for a week or so and if there are no decent offers I’ll employ someone to cleanup and monetise and hang on to it.

Yes there are plenty - I had a UK lady update it every couple of days for a while but she has moved on since. There are still a handful of regular users which I believe still update the site from time to time also. Before I aquired the domain the site was updated regularly by the previous owners mum!

I used to have a site in this niche pulling in £4-£5k per month with only 10 mins per day spent updating so if anyone is willing to put the time in to this one it could be a nice little earner.
