Are there any options to have a fixed width style just got a new 23" monitor and the forum is really hard on the eyes now due to the fluid style.
I know not everybody has such a stupidly big monitor and it might yet be going back if I dont get used to it.
I've noticed even on 21" monitors in uni this and other fluid sites dont look that great either.
Any thoughts What size monitors do most people here have

I just resize the window, not really thought of it as a problem!

I resize too.

You'll get used to the size, I'm on a 22" after using a 13" laptop for the last 3 years.

There is no need to maximise the window and it's not as though you can go around asking every website you view to change it's coding.

i wouldn't need to 99% of the webpages I've visited today to test things out are fixed width so I guess thats just good design practice.

Not having a dig at acorn either looks as though all vBulletin themes do this I was just wondering if there was something I'd missed in the view settings I could change doesn't look like there is

Resizing the browser is an easy enough fix I guess.

As for me getting used to this monster on my desk I don't know may be exercising my 7 day distance selling rights I think
