The term "Form 1" has become a common term among my pro CAD design friends, it is commonly used to refer to any 3D printer which to my mind is a little confusing.

I should add a small note tho, to be ultra critical the terms is actually a brand not generic term. Like Hoover or Branston are not generics but are actual brands.
