Brand new WP site is up for sale. Site is online as from today, so no stats. Therefore the sale is for site design, content and domain.

Domain itself has 2,400 UK exacts with £1.09 CPC. Site is designed in WP, hosted on my "sales" server. Adsense + aff mix. Aimed bot at travel money and Forex.
