Im not sure that I follow.

I see the site itself would be easy to replicate and the domain name itself isnt valuable.

I guess the equipment holds most of the value but whats to stop someone buying their own equipment and knocking up a site or buying one of the shelf and doing it that way?

What exacty am I getting for my £4k apart from second hand badge making equipment?
