Number 2 in Google for main term, "folding patio doors"

1,600 Exact Local Search @ £1.89 CPC
6,600 Broad Local Search @ £1.89 CPC
Currently links to one merchant, selling folding patio doors from between £1199 - £3399 at 3% commission per sale. Possible opportunity to increase commission levels be negotiating with Affiliate manager as they offer custom levels on their affiliate program

No adsense added to site
Site has been neglected and no real work done to it. Just landed back in position 2 of Google a couple of months ago for main term, so visitors increasing. Some more content and good links could see this go to number 1 and also pick up other related terms to increase traffic and sales - so has potential for someone willing to work at it.
Earnings have not been huge, but has earnt its keep without doing any work, so could be potential to increase earnings from this site easily.
