Ok, I am just trying to get feedback on these two domains I just picked up.

I know a lot of people don't like the hyphen but i think it works with the first domain. Any thoughts?

Both terms have reasonable numbers of AdWords ads appearing, so there is a revenue stream available for an enthusiastic developer prepared to build informative sites about these subjects. However, in terms of resale I think value is limited, as it is easier to make money from other sectors.

I put up a WP site with ads. I hope to use one of these as a test site.
It should be fun. I hope to find some tips on making mini sites with HTML and CSS. If you know of any good links send them my way.
