FindandSeek co uk is a PHP install and has a lot of Google properties and feel to it. From how the site displays search results to weight of words in sites etc.
The Admin interface allows full control of who is indexed how deep indexing goes, when sites are indexed plus lots more.
The site could be built up to quite a big well indexed website with time and effort.
