Need to free up some cash so hence the sale.

Again this is a long term investment but would sell now for the right price.

With it having a PR5 and a unique idea for a ranking site I would be looking at £1350+ for the domain and site now.

The site been an extra bonus and the price would be reflecting the domain not the site.

i.e. im not selling it at that price for people to ask about revenue making or number of visits etc.

Thats a 1 off price for 7 days and I would want £2500+ after that as it's a long term project I am working on slowly.

I'm assuming you'll be refunding those who have paid for text link advertising for a year should you sell the site. The new owner would be under no obligation to honour agreements in place.
