I'm buying names in a particular niche and want to cash in some domains that don't fit to fund purchases - normally I'd want several times these prices so there's plenty left for a reseller or they make a cheap name if you are going to develop them yourself.
CashLoansForPeopleOnBenefits.com - yes, its long but it gets 720 exacts with high advertiser competition - also, benefits loans are going to be big business before long (imo). The co.uk is developed - I haven't approached the owner of that name. £50
