He sold the site guaranteedvanfinance.co.uk to me on here and then this is a clone of it..... In an email two days ago he had said he was doing vanfinance.co for his new job with a van finance company so in surprised to see it sold here now.

Was going to leave it but I'd hate to see the links go and vanfinance2.com or something going up for sale in a week with the links replaced and same design.....

Thanks for the comment Vanfinance.co has been running for just over 2 years.
I dont want to turn this in to a slagging match but...

Yes they share the same layout and template, as they always have but they are unique content so it hasnt just been chucked up after the sale of GVF.co.uk

Also i fully stated this at the time of sale that i had this site with a similar template, you did actual message me back to say you were going to change the layout?

You can check the history of the site out easy enough.

I made a newbie mistake when i sent the website over to you as i stated in my last email and offered to ammend the mistake regarding links and zip and send the website over to you so you could just upload it your end but no reply back?

I have sold a further 3 sites over the weekend and have not made the same newbie mistake but this could of been easily recified but you never replied to my email.

You have a valid point about the sale of vanfinance.co i did state in my email that i wouldnt be selling vanfinance.co, but i have had a change in my position at work and now im working in mobility cars not commercial vehicles so i no longer require the site.

Whilst i was employed in commercial vehicles i ran a number of commercial vehicle sites.

guaranteed van finance - was aimed at subprime leads

van finance - was aimed towards prime leads

But again i must state this site has been running for years

If you wish to PM me privatley regarding any concerns and if you wish me to readd the links then as stated i would do this asap

I too don't want a slagging match. Just to sell a site then days later to remove all the links it had and to see an identical templates site become the competition is not right. Also I did not at any point say I was going to redesign it etc as I thought when you posted it in sites for sale and sent the site by email, I was in fact buying the site.

Anyway, I have said my piece and people can make their own minds up. I would have left it had you not told me on Friday you were using vanfinance.co for your job an that changed over the weekend it seems....
