www.fastuk.org.uk is a great domain name that could be re-purposed to suit a host of different niches and due to the aged history and current rankings should prove much easier to rank.

Currently ranking for "fastuk" 1st page (4th) and "fast uk" 2nd page (13th)

The client previously went out of business and didn't pay their bills, we reclaimed and renewed the site and are now offering for sale with the view for the new owner to completely change the site to suit their needs, at this stage no traffic stats are available but are not really relevant to the purpose of what can be done with this site with a bit of onpage and link building... it could potentially rank for some competitive terms in the affiliate broadband niche for instance and is likely already receiving some relevant traffic.

According to google keyword planner fast uk/ fastuk are searched for 10k - 100k times per month (view screenshots) that alone should bring in some significant traffic but we can't as of yet state exact amounts, we will however install traffic stats today to get an idea.

Looking for reasonable offers, feel free to PM offers and questions.

The screenshot says "100-1k". Precise number is 260, which may include some people searching for "uk fast" (well known hosting co)

Thanks for your response... fast uk/ fastuk are also searched a significant amount and are related to broadband, I am stating the related terms with broad match and nothing is withheld in the screenshots, this domain can be re-purposed with strong name and history to suit a large variety of terms related to fast uk/ uk fast etc.

I'm merely asking for offers on an aged, ranking domain, not expecting to retire on the funds nor wanting to over sell what's on offer here, hopefully everyone is capable of examining a domain appropriately.

O.K after monitoring the traffic this domain has proven to be lower than expected, it has a decent name, some strong history and evidence for potential to rank, looking for offers in region of £80 any takers?
