I'm selling another one of my sites, FashionSales.co.uk.

It's a wordpress site with newsletter through mailchimp with 228 subscribers currently.

Traffic is around 1,300 mark a month and site used to make £100 - £200 a month, however this has fallen to £20 - £30 a month due to not updating the offers (as you will see on site).

The site has not been hit by penguin or panda, and still ranks well for terms like [fat face sale], [crew clothing sale] and [fashion sales].

Nice little site for someone with time to update and expand, hosting is paid monthly so you'll only get a couple of weeks max.

Yes the deals currently need to be entered manually, but could be automated with a little work.
