You've wasted the reg fee, it doesn't meany anything. We don't use "federal" in the UK, they are student loans. The mere fact you've quoted estibot suggests you are new to domains, so it is important to understand what you are buying first, and more importantly the language used in the UK if you are going to buy .uk domains.
