mmm not sure about expertimagery, maybe host a stock photo site, although the competition is massive.

diytasks: maybe a reference point, a "how do i do that" with links to books from amazon or summin

resale value on name only: £xx im afraid (IMHO)

PS: make sure you register the .co.uk version of the names as well!!!!
