Wanted: Domain Appraisal Expert opinions?

I am suddenly getting quite a bit of interest in 2 of my names HERE the 2 top ones, I have turned down an xxx offer on each one on Sedo and have had a few Emails one of which was from a solicitors.
What would you guys accept for the names or maybe wait it out a bit?

Usually if you get quite a bit of interest all of a sudden, the interest or bids are probably all of the same person. Regarding the domains, ive no idea what they are worth. Ive never heard of the term, i thought it was "no win, no fee", not "low fee".

Yes possibly the same person I guess, not too sure.
as far as I'm aware there are a lot of companies offering it and I'm sure a new company has just started called "no win low fee ppi"or something like that

As previously mentioned, I thought the term was "no win no fee". If you are getting some decent XXX offers, I'd probably sell.

Yes "no win no fee" is the one we all know of and see on TV etc but there is also a "no win low fee" service.

I`m totally stumped as to the value of these names though, not great searches and a cpc of around £23.

I must be missing a trick then! The only thing I can say is that when you Google the term, all SERPs (other than one) refer to no win no fee and that includes ads. I personally can't see the term taking off and if there is no current search volume, I would happily take XXX. Just my opinion though ofc.

That's what I was also thinking blossom I read it a while ago hence the reg,I think I will hold out for a while "probably kick myself for turning down the offers" but hey ho

At the end of they day, I don't think there is any point asking peoples opinions. It obvious you have an idea of the amount you want to sell for. So in my opinion, just sell for whatever you want to sell for, and if you dont get that amount, then dont sell it.

Indeed - though I've been guilty in the past of asking for appraisals - with a beady-eye on attracking a sale - which in both instances came to pass

If you won’t sell for what they’ve offered tell them what you want… no win no fee ambulance chaser types are very thick skinned …

To realistically compete in that market against traditional terms, established firms, other lead generators then they would need to spend mega bucks so relatively speaking any domain for xxxx etc is a miniscule part of that budget… As the saying goes “money talks bullshit walks” they ‘ll either want it or they won’t...

No Win No Fee (As we know) is coming to an end in the UK (by Government decree)

Something similar (And possibly as clicky) is going to take its place - so why not speculate. After all it's where most of us gained a foothold on domains, ie by speculation.

I still love reading those occasional posts that talk, with hindsight, as if everything was/is a given.(mostly by youngsters) ie the early speculators that registered this domain (or that) and somehow became "An Island owner" overnight

Ahh in which case then, maybe it is a good domain. Just imagine how much it would be worth if the phrase developed into the new NWNF.

I would hold out unless being offered at least £1000 each, if no win no fee ends then the next best would be no win low fee.
