Wanted: Domain Appraisal Established Jobsite

Hi Guys,

If I were to buy an established jobsite ranks on #1,#2 of all the major search engines for 6 keywords where PPC is 40-60p per click. How much do you think it's worth?
Considering it's only having adsense at present which made $250 in 1 month. Owner (who is a SEO guy) has started website 8 months back and his free offer period is until the end of oct for current advertisers.


Any advice is appreciated.

Obviously every site is differnet, but you are probably looking at 18-24 months revenue. Some sellers will ask for higher revenue multiples dependant on how much they really want to sell the site / domain. If the seller was to base the sale on revenue generation at this stage and the revenue is $250 then your looking at somewhere between $4500 - $6000.

So in this case revenue is prime, search engine ranking doesn't count?
