I am looking for offers on an established, popular website with great search engine position and real potential.
The website address is http://www. familydayoutuk .co. .uk
Website has been live since 2005 (close to three years). It features hundreds of ideas for days out and gives embedded maps for each location plus many have real reviews from visitors for quite a few attractions.
In its peak (obviously summer months) website reaches over 40k page views per month. Visitors stay on average over 5 minutes per visit (quite high considering number of visitors - no paid for links etc... all either return visitors, from search engines or specific related links).
Website has links from .gov sites - with more to be added soon.
From a search engine perspective website holds following placements:
Family Days Out
- Google = 2nd
- Yahoo = 1st
- MSN = 2nd
Fun Days Out
- Google = 3rd
- MSN = 6th
Reason for sale is simply do not have the time to take this further due to other projects.
It would be an ideal site to take further and develop - or if you have the contacts would be ideal to be purchased by hotel, family holiday, family related business that would be able to use the current targeted visitors as a great and operational marketing/advertising tool.
