I have a buyer wants to use an escrow or similar. Prior to this I have always had payment up front and then transferred the domain. I see on Escrow.com they give an inspection period AFTER the domain is transferred into the buyers name and he can during that period do anything he likes with the name ,put it in someone elses name, cancel it etc etc. In my opinion it seems unsafe and cannot see why cannot be on basis of payment as soon as details of whois show buyers details. Anyone have any experience/thoughts ??

thanks
DG

Have used escrow.com for a .com and .co.uk with no problems at all.
