I'm selling a small site I've developed. You'll need to be an eBay EPN member for this to work for you as it uses an eBay plugin for Wordpress.

The site runs great, self-updating by a cron job, has some good well written and unique content and can be monetised further with related products. It's a perfect subject and price point for this kind of affiliate income. A very easy purchase to a targeted market.

November £58.33p, December £49.75p, January 1st two weeks £24.83p - I don't have stats for 2nd half of january as I was migrating servers and some sites were offline for a few days.

Site is verified and well indexed with google, you'll be surprised how many visitors and searches this site gets considering its such a niche, but there's lots of long keywords phrases out there that this site is scoring well with.

Essentially it's earning over £600 per year as it stands, with a little more effort and further organic indexing I am positive will earn considerably more.

Some effort has recently been made with SEO, there's lots of links out there from my other sites along with some good PR links being established, Squidoo, Ezine are just a couple.

So, tidy looking niche site, easy money, easy to maintain, growing in popularity, what's my asking price?

Some may ask - like they have done before, if it's making you money why are you selling? Simple answer is I'm doing this to make a few quid, the buyer gets a nice established site that's going somewhere and will make them money, I get a cash injection for my efforts.

They are indeed 'Quality' clicks on the new pricing system. Many clicks convert as it's a low cost, niche product so it's ideal for EPN earnings.

nice looking theme, well developed. EPN earnings are starting to go up as the EPC is going up, I've got quite a few now and they are doing pretty well, whoever buys is going to get a good site

Thanks. That particular theme is artisteer created plus some photoshop work for the header. auction2post is an excellent plugin and if anyone is considering buying and uses my affiliate link I'll provide some very useful tips from experience than will get you earning in no time at all.
