Sorry to wade in here but I'm going to anyway!
If you're looking for a list for PR purposes, I would advise you to take a targeted approach. Emailing a story or PR to a list of journos won't garner any good results - instead you need to tailor the list to each PR you write.
Two examples of recent PR campaigns I've worked on:
Example 1: An online beauty store - I gathered a list of email addresses for journos from glossy mags and a few national papers. I then sent each one a slightly personalised email from a template I'd devised. I got a good response and links are still trickling in.
Example 2: I worked on a PR campaign for an LED bulb company - I did some research to find email addresses for environment journalists. Ten minutes of searching on Google gave me a good list of email addresses. I then spent another ten minutes looking for journos with a track record writing about LED bulbs which gave me a few more names to send my PR material too. For less than half an hour's searching I had 25 email addresses - because I targeted the PR material carefully to journalists that it was directly relevant to, I had good results.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that if I'd sent the PR materials from example 2 to the journos from example 1, the PR exercise would have failed. Most journos work on a very specific niche in their day to day role - any PRs they receive that aren't directly relevant will go straight in their trash folder.
My best advice is to take half an hour to research names of journos who report on the niche you're doing PR for, then look in their articles for a contact email. If you can't find it, punch their name into journalisted.com and you should find it there.
Again sorry to wade in, and I hope this helps.
