Ebay Partner Program

I always hate the signup process of things like this when it starts asking for a website URL, incase it keeps it as some default for my account as I will be using a range of sites. Should I just leave it blank?

Does the program get applied to my ebay seller account or is it separate?

Idealy I just want to sign up as myself and start applying to a range of sites.

i was wondering the same thing when i signed up.
now i have been waiting for weeeeks for ebay "uk" and ebay "us" to accept me. have had this message for ever "Please wait while we review your application."

so i have not done anything with ebay as yet.

i got refused, but i put that down to my cyprus PO box address
