Hi,

Im just interested as to what people think this would be worth.

I know its not a high searched term but it has a pagerank of 4 so for sites that are related to the url would get a good back link from it.

I intend to get the page ranks as high as possible, it currently has a pr4 with one page :grin:

Any thoughts welcome

210 global, zero - local exact searches = £0 there are plenty of available to reg ex domains with higher page ranks more links etc cannot see the point...? Other than cynical view of self promoting, doorway page....? to your other site

Domains arent all about how well searched they are.

If you have a page rank 10 site that gets one hit a year you dont care because its providing a link to your other main sites.

I was just interested to see if links from it might be of value.

Could you point me in the direction of where to pick up high pr domains? i stuggle to locate them to be honest

If your looking for a price for a site solely based on it having a high page rank and potential value of links from it.. Because of black hat tricks for listing high in search engines, page ranks etc … (Most look at the age of the domain. Time it had ranked etc...) You would find it difficult to sell if it has no age...?
What methods are you using at the moment to try and find dropping/ dropped domains with page rank etc..? what tld cctld's etc you trying.?

Its not black hat

Im have not looked that hard, i just want to be able to get hold of a few high ish pr urls that are property related / plumbing electrics etc. Im making a little network of sites.

I would be after .co.uk's , is there software that can help you with this sort of thing, i presume there must be....

Thats why you can't find them then There are plenty out there...? Software depends on your budget, abilities etc really.. I could'nt say which one is best for you... I use my own software.. You will find though is you will not be the only one looking for them..?
