Hi all,

Thanks for the message of support for my missus, she's a bit down in the dumps, she had a really good wage coming in and worst of all, we will soon be a one car family, and no doubt I'll be the one having to 'walk' to work (only 6 miles away) booo.

She's a Chartered surveyor so the EPC is a fall back for her for now, I'm getting a logo designed for her, some leaflets and when I have time I'll create a website for her (latest here it is for now Lisa Ord )

I'll setup a website for her company name above, and then some keyword rich domain names to help drive traffic to the above..

Would you believe but her company laid her off, even though she was the only female out of 15 (some customers asked for female surveyors, especially asian family's)

But she's a hardworker so fingers crossed!

Surveyors

Very sad to here of another case, apparently valuers are carrying out one valuation per a week per a valuer....we are seeing a knee jerk reaction that will see the market dip further than it should, the only positive is that bank of england will have to over-react and cut base hard.

EPC's for purchases will remain a dead duck for sometime but EPC's for rental properties will be positive.

thanks lee I'll mention it to my missus to get her feedback.

She was employed as a mortgage surveyor so basically when you apply for a mortgage, she was the surveyor they sent around to check your house to make sure it was worth what youwanted to borrow.

I used to call her an estate agent which really wound her up ha ha
