Hi,

My first offer I ever made on a domain name at Sedo, and the seller accepted , payment went to the sedos escrow thingy, and I got the AUTH code which I used to initiate the transfer and then the transfer stopped, contacted SEDO and they contacted seller and he got the lock removed, started the transfer again, again the transfer was stopped, this cycle has now been going on for 2wks. Each time the seller has assured SEDO everything is ok to transfer, I think the people at 1&1 think I'm a loon (theyre sending me FAQs on domain transfers).

Can I withdraw my offer from SEDO and get my reddies back ?

Hi,

Could you please send me the domain name as a private message so that I can take a look for you?

What we will need to establish is why the transfer failed - I or your transfer agent will contact you with information about this.

Regards,

Shaun

Hi Everybody,

The cancellation of transfers is something we of course like to avoid, and we like to deal with each transfer on a case by case basis, taking into account who is at fault, how long each transfer has been going on etc.

We would consider two weeks a little bit hasty in cancelling a transfer, as for example most .com hitches are usually technical, at one or the other registrar. One thing we won't do is cancel a transfer without the expressed wish to do so from one party, and we won't cancel just like that as soon as someone asks to do so - as I said, we will examine the case thoroughly and then make a decision.

Feel free to contact me if you have any thoughts or questions about this.
