It's an utterly pointless auction (was the last time around too) since from the detail page "At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale final bid figures will be submitted to the seller for its approval and any Bid shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the by the Company/Seller. No bid may be withdrawn and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid or any other Bid placed in the course of the online Auction Sale."

In other words, it's nothing but a glorified tyre kicking exercise...

Not entirely true - the company did go bust and it's just the administrator doing a proper job..

Except that this auction has run at least once in the past under similar circumstances, and possibly several times. Net result: the domains are back on auction again. So there is precedent for time-wasting.
