VisitScotland.com is a thing so VisitScotland.co isn't a thing. £0.

.co.uk is fine, of course .. to me, I don't really see high resale value (though definetelly, not "0").

Those are all fully developed sites with full content that have been going for many years. They have solid backlinks, seo results, se placing, and no doubt earnings from lots of traffic.
What about yours? I would say yours is worth about 5 times the yearly revenue you generate from your development - how much is that?
