Wanted: Domain Appraisal Domain appraisal please

Following on to Lex's letting agents/agencies domain sales thread.

I thought i'd ask for a valuation on the following set:

letting-franchise .co.uk
lettingfranchise .co.uk
lettings-franchise .co.uk
lettingsfranchise .co.uk

I bought these for use as a future project.

All comments appreciated.

Hi drizzt,

The names themselves don't immediately jump out, so reg fee to low ££s for them.

As ever, though, they'd go much higher as a developed site with a community of users. People will always need to rent property, so a steady stream of business is there if you can SEO effectively.

Well i own my own letting agency, i brought these domains because i'm thinking of offering franchises in the future so to me, they are worth a fair bit more than the reg fee.

But i'd imagine as they are at the moment, with the right selling technique to a company like Belvoir (largest lettings franchisers) they could be worth mid xxx at least.

Perhaps i'm wrong?

Perhaps lex will buy them for 10k?

Seriously...I have propertyaffiliate.co.ukand propertyaffiliates.co.uk, couple that withyour franchise names we've got a good little set here. Factor in the other domains andwe can corner the market.....Thenthe world!! haha...

I have a figure in mind that i'd let these go for but its definatley in the mid to high xxxx area! For my future business plans these are (nearly) priceless.
