Wanted: Service DNS Guru required

Anyone willing to spare an hour on MSN with me to help explain what I need to do for DNS?

Basically I've two servers and want to spread services between them and eventually phase out one of them. Unfortunately the one I want to phase out is the DNS server. So will need to install DNS on the new one.

(both windows 2003)
