Had bought this to develop an introducer site but just too involved now with my insolvency work.
You can happily refer non-regulated commercial finance leads including:
Bridging finance
Buy-to-let
Invoice finance
Commercial Mortgages
On the several I refer each year typically get around 0.5 to 2% of the lends on completion.
