Issue bought to my attention by AC member - domain showed as dropped, I regged with 123-reg but not in my account... 123-reg suggested glitch in their system and have rectified - apologies to current owner - this thread is closed!

It was showing on expired-domains.co as having dropped, 123-reg allowed registration
123-reg are refunding purchase - again apologies to the owner, nothing untoward intended.
