I am working in relation with the seller of a web design business. The business has been in operation for 5+ years and has a portfolio of clients.
Each year profit is high £x,xxx and has been such for the past three years. Due to family commitments he wants to sell the business, website and domain.
The domain has the added benefit of featuring very high in the search engines for website design keywords in his county which (apart from word of mouth) currently brings in 100% of the business. He does pay a small Adwords advertising campaign but probably less than £200-£300 per year.
The current asking price is £20,000 and has the potential to outsource the design operation and customer service leaving an automated business with minimal effort involved.
