Don’t see it being commercially viable a company big enough would go brand (hyphen also kills it for that type) small wouldn’t buy...? Yes you could say forum or feedback on what companies are like training company, mystery caller etc but lotta work little reward,,,,

It could find a buyer in the "out-of-office" type services. (it's the right words)

ie for small-team (1-3 man) type business that isn't able to man it's phones and uses a home worker or agency to take its calls.

Outofoffice being one of mine - it kinda rang a familiar usage bell.
