Trying to install CS3 Extended onto a new laptop (i5 and 64bit) with windows 7 but having some problems installing them, getting the following error messages, can anybody help? many thanks

adobe photoshop cs3
component install failed

and

shared components
component install failed

I had no problems installing onto Windows 7 BUT I did have problems with fireworks being a pain in the arse to use with errors that make it unusable.

CS4 no problems with Windows 7!

I had a similar problem with CS4 and Dreamweaver. Not sure if it helps, but I reinstalled all related components individually and it worked fine.
