Wanted: Domain Appraisal Crysis.Co.Uk Contactos.Co.UK Appraisal Please

Guys I picked a nice deleted domain Crysis.Co.Uk

Estibot and a few others appraises at $49,000 +

Looks like it was registered 10 years ago plus It has over 1,000,000 searches

Any ideas on its value?

Also managed to pick up Contactos.Co.Uk again appraised at approx $50,000

Apparently Spanish for contacts

Any help much appreicated

Crysis is an EA trademark and is a liability, not an asset. The Spanish word domain is worth zero in the .uk extension. Sorry!

Crysis will be an EA and Crytek (who make the game) TM (I love the games, stuff ya call of duty Crysis is how its supposed to be), and EA for one fiercely protect their marks. I don't know about Crytek, but why have a savage 3 headed dog and bark yourself ?

Foreign words in general don't work well outside of the country where they speak the language, it would work on .es and .eu and the tld's but not under .uk. Saying that some foreign words which are common usage work voila.co.uk, hola.co.uk even the original latin crisis.co.uk works but contactos.co.uk not so much.

Whatever tool you're using to appraise domains is bullshit.
Maybe stop catching until you know what you're looking for.

Might sound harsh but you'll save a lot of money...

Good advice, take some time on the forum before you buy more domains, we all made mistakes in our early days, maybe you can save yourself some ££ by learning more before registering more.
