The domain would make an ideal holiday rental portal or affiliate type site. The only downside is that the .com and .co.uk TLD look likely to be developed at some point in the future (as they currently have holding pages) but the domain could be optimised to derive income from an affiliate or branded as the network for Cornwall cottage owners.

What's the value? Was it worth the hand reg fee?

I agree...especially as Cornwall's tourism is supposedly to increase dramatically next year...

Personally, I would look at developing it (before the others) with affiliate links.

My guesstimate is mid £xxx undeveloped, low £xxxx developed.
