Due to large number of corporate Projects I can't maintain quite a few of my sites anymore. Therefore in the next couple of days I am putting them here.
This time:
Commercial Insurance Quote
The site is PR2, main keyword has 720 local exacts and nice £11.87 CPC. Site was intended to be used with Affiliate Angel but they turned to be not good and now it is even not free. Can be easily monetized via Adsense. Site is WP based, not maintained for quite a while. Still gets odd Adsence click at about £2-3 per click. Visitors dropped in last few months to below 100 uniques.
For quick sale. My usual terms apply (Site comes with free 1 months cPanel hosting on my "sales server" so you can make a transfer, hosting can be extended in 6 months increments, buyer pays nic fee)

P.S. I would like to clarify few points brought forward from my previous site sale:
1. BIN. I am a commercial (industrial) eMarketing specialist and sell complete solutions. In B2B sector I have fixed hourly charges taken that are into account when pricing is involved. In this case it is not my area and I can't put BINs straight away. Therefore I prefer offers. I can determine BIN later.
2. Transfers. I do not do site transfers but provide hosting. I can do it for you but not for free. But please, people, just use "Duplicator" and presto!
3. After sales support. Sorry, it's a contract work. I don't provide it.
