Hi guys,

I'm selling this developed site as I no longer have time to push any sites due to me working full time for the foreseeable on IT contracts and wanting to spend time with the family in-between.

It's a cloud computing community site that has news, downloads, discussions and a community but it's worth visiting to see what you think.

It's a Joomla based site with a whole heap of extensions that tie it all together.

I threw up adsense on there last month but I'm not getting enough visitors for it to earn correctly and I've not really tried to monetise it.

I had my first directory listing request last month from a UK based company but it will need a PR push to get it launched effectively and I've just got no time for it.

It ranks well in bing uk and yahoo uk but not really in google and it never has since I acquired the domain last year.

It had 41 unique visitors in June.

Dell own the .co.uk and the .com and they forward both onto their main sites.

I think a £x,xxx as a minimum isn't unreasonable...

I developed the site myself so if the future buyer wants anything changing or adding or an admin walk through then I can accommodate.

The Joomla components alone set me back around the £400 mark and the domain cost me a little more than that.

I am open to discussions / offers though, maybe even swapsies...

I've bid the $500 minimum but it's gonna piss me off with all the Joomla nonsense. I want it but can't go anywhere near $3k.

Thanks for the bid - the components alone cost more than that so if it goes for $500, it's a bargain...

Joomla's great when you get used to it - far more powerful than Wordpress....
