I would suspect as not a single one has logged in since 2008 they probably are fine as they are.

True, but in order to take further action, I have to at least try to notify them.

If they are using abandoned or disposable emails how will they know if they've not visited for 15 years?

As previously mentioned, "more members will be tagged." On my complete list, numerous active members are included. Furthermore, if it is decided to delete inactive accounts in the future (though not yet determined), I have made an effort to inform the affected members.
