(Thats over 36500 visits a year! Even with a 1/300 conversion rate that would be 122 sales pa - and treadmills tend to make a fair bit of commission) The site uses a premium amazon script to automaticly add, update & delete products based on pre-defined parameters.

Other ways to monitise this site:
- Link sales (have had a number of fitness sites offer me £30 / £70 pm for sitewide link placements)
- Adding a blog with paid posts

Reason for selling this site: I'm moving into the payday loans / finance website sector (so may be interested in swaps

).

Site currently gets a sale every few days and a few adsense clicks per day (made just under £30 last month on adsense alone).

Looking at my records since the site started I have had 8 offers for it.

The term "cheap treadmills" has 1900 exacts, the site also ranks for a variety of other keywords.

Hi Mally,

The site uses fsb with a few minor modifications. I think the license is around the £60 / 70 mark for use on unlimited sites. If you don't have a copy i'll include a unlimited license for £20

£800 but I will also include the domain (and site) exerciseball.org.uk which has had over £35+ in amazon commission in the last 3 months (stats available on request) + a good few quid on adsense.
